Allow customization of default manual text message

When composing a manual text message, the editor currently pre-populates with a default message. Users occasionally send this default content unintentionally before replacing it with their intended message.
It would be helpful to either:
- Allow the default manual text message to be customized at the account level, or
- Replace it with a more generic placeholder that requires less editing before sending.
