Feature Requests

I would like my clients to be able to schedule for a time range rather than a specific time. For example, instead of having 8am, my first offering would be 8am-12pm.

When someone books through a third-party booking link that doesn't collect a first name, sometimes the {{first_name}} field gets filled with their email address. So reminders end up saying things like "Hi john.smith@gmail.com , just a reminder about your appointment..." which looks unprofessional. I'd like Apptoto to detect when the first name field is actually an email address and just leave it blank. That way, the message would read, "Hi, just a reminder..." instead of using the email address as the name.

I would like for the availability page to display the number of available slots at a specific time.

Allow for messaging automatically within the event time frame - would help with all day/birthday messages, or appointments with an arrival window.

I would like to be able to customize the notifications my team and I receive based on event content and not solely based on the calendar it was scheduled on.

I would like to be able to adjust the fee required to book if the client is rescheduling an appointment versus booking an initial appointment.

I want the ability to set which day of the week the appointments calendar view starts on, or have it set to Monday by default. Currently, the week view defaults to Sunday as the first day of the week. Changing this would be helpful for people whose workweek starts on Monday. A screenshot is attached showing the appointment calendar with a Sunday start date in the weekly calendar view.

With only basic information being viewable for a client's card on file, it would be helpful to know that it's expired at some point, so we can collect the fresh card information from the client.

I would like Apptoto to support clients uploading documents within the booking process.
