Client information (CRM)
Steven Kleemola
I want to be able to have a client information that I can access from the app, address, entry access, notes about their home and be able to add notes for each appointment to create a history for that client. Unfortunately if we aren’t able to do this soon (I have asked for this before) we will have to make a switch to a more robust system like Jobber or Zenmaid.
I want to also be able to edit and manage appointments and book them from the app so I can eliminate the need for Google calendar.

We need to be able to do this on the mobile app. We have a mobile business with crews. We want them to be able to see Address info access information and any notes on the houses

Hi Steven, currently in Apptoto, we do have a "Contacts" tab in the Portal (accessible through the browser) that lets you maintain your contacts. Each contact can have notes already. So I believe what you are asking for is the ability to add a physical address to each contact. Also, you want to have the ability to add Notes to the contact in a timeline form. Meaning, instead of having just one Note field, you would want to be able to quickly add notes to the contact over time and you would see a history of notes (showing when and who added the note). Is that correct? Also, are you specifically asking for the ability to do all of this through our mobile app or does the desktop/browser portal work for you? Thanks!

Yes, we need this! Jobber is way expensive and that’s why I switched! This company needs to listen to it’s customers! There are a lot of great requests and no one reads, comments back, or does anything! Apptoto, please listen to us!

Brian Manchester are you saying Apptoto doesn’t read and/or comment back? Or Jobber doesn’t? You can find a list of all our completed feature requests here https://feedback.apptoto.com/feature-requests?status=complete. I like this request a lot. How important is it that these CRM features are in the mobile app. When Steven originally said “app” I assumed he meant mobile app, but maybe having these CRM features built into our browser based app would suffice? Thanks.

Frank I have read so many requests dating back one year. There are so many excellent requests but no one ever responds back regarding these requests to follow up with the customers on any type of decision. It would be great if we can at least have some feedback on the direction of the requests. When there is no response, it makes you wonder. I hope this makes sense!
Frank
Brian Manchester ok, thanks for the feedback!
