Apptoto creates new contact records in Clio when new prospective clients self-book or we book an appointment for them through Apptoto, which we find useful. However, we do not want Clio matters created for new prospective clients or non-clients (vendors, service providers, etc.).

For current clients that already have matters and contacts created, if that client books subsequent appointments or sends text messages, we want those records to sync to their contact record and original matter record.
