Hi Lisa! Thanks for the great suggestion. This is now live in Apptoto's Notifications tab.

To be notified by email when either a text message or email fails to send, log in to Apptoto. Then click "Settings" > "Notifications." Under the Email section, click the check box next to When Message: "Fails to Send." Then, click "Save" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
