I want to set up a survey to be sent after my appointments. Mainly this would be used to ask clients how the appointment went. I would want to see a report of if clients are happy or not.

Thanks for the feedback, all! The team at Apptoto is working on a solution to more easily implement post-appointment review surveys and directly link to Google My Business to allow users to submit reviews.

If appointment is good, ask for a review. If bad, ask to explain more on why it was bad.
