I would like for Apptoto to automate a way to follow up with client's who do not fully complete their booking and try to get them back to fully book an appointment.

I would like Apptoto to support clients uploading documents within the booking process.

I would like there to be a button on the booking page that my clients can click that notifies me they would like to book, but no available times currently work for them. I would also like there to be an option that allows them to type a message with times they would prefer.

I would like to stop a client from booking and request they call our office if they choose a specific option from one of the fields.

I would like to have the ability to use my referral link in the footer image of your platform, similar to what I can do with other event registration platforms. This feature would help me promote your service while also benefiting from referrals.

I want to review appointment bookings before they are officially added to my calendar. I'd like to be able accept, reject, or possibly suggest a different date/time if needed.

Would like ~some~ type of formatting options, perhaps even basic HTML inputs allowed, for text area within the booking page Appointment Types "prompt" area. Bold, different color, font size, ANYTHING would be helpful!

I would like to create a QR code that clients can scan to set up appointments easily. This feature would streamline the appointment booking process and enhance user convenience.

I noticed that every Zoom meeting event includes 'through apptoto' in the event title, which can cause confusion. It would be helpful if there was a way to change or remove this text to make the event titles clearer and more professional.

I currently have a system where clients can call and go through an automated prompt to schedule an appointment. It would be beneficial if your service could support this feature, allowing clients to schedule appointments through an automated phone system.
