When a text message is sent but fails, send me an email.

Having the option to use HTML code for the description on the appointment page, will enable more customisation with hyperlinks, images, and greater formatting capabilities.

When I sent a text from Apptoto and the text fails (ie the number is invalid), I would like to get an email so I can research why it failed. Right now, I have to go into the outbox and see the notice that the "message not delivered".

Apptoto should support Single Sign On using SAML for large groups.

I want to prevent certain people from booking with me. Either by email or phone number.

I would like to be able to set up an auto reply in Apptoto that sends out if a message comes in outside of office hours.

Would we want to allow them to opt-out of other channels? e.g. in SMS message could they reply and say they don't want email somehow?

Apptoto should support common single sign on providers like Microsoft, Okta, Auth0.

I want to set up a survey to be sent after my appointments. Mainly this would be used to ask clients how the appointment went. I would want to see a report of if clients are happy or not.

I want to be able to customize the capabilities that an additional login has within the Agent role.
