Feature Requests

It would be really cool if I could only select the calendars that I need to look at in the appointments tab instead of one or all of them with no other options. I need to look at about 5 of our 10+ calendars and with them all selected, the screen is waaaay too busy.

I would like there to be a compose button within the group on the Contacts section. This would allow me to send a message to the group without having to navigate out of Contacts, click Compose and find/select the group I want it sent to.

I would like the ability to check each participant on the Appointments tab and have an option in the Actions option at the top to reset state and messages rather than having to do it individually in each participant.

I would like to create a QR code that clients can scan to set up appointments easily. This feature would streamline the appointment booking process and enhance user convenience.

I want Apptoto to update the footer with details about the appointment without having the title blurbs enabled.

I would like a Google Meet integration so a meeting link is created for the appointment when a client schedules with me through the booking page like you have for Zoom and Teams

When a text message is sent but fails, send me an email.

Having the option to use HTML code for the description on the appointment page, will enable more customisation with hyperlinks, images, and greater formatting capabilities.

When I sent a text from Apptoto and the text fails (ie the number is invalid), I would like to get an email so I can research why it failed. Right now, I have to go into the outbox and see the notice that the "message not delivered".

Apptoto should support Single Sign On using SAML for large groups.
